Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawal requests are processed everyday. Please ensure that your withdrawal request is made before 11 PM GMT to be eligible for current period. You will know the status of your request on the following day. Withdrawal requests of £500 and above will be processed only on Sundays.
- Minimum Withdrawal request is £50 GBP. Only one Withdrawal per day.
- Players must have a 'Real Money' Account which must be funded with at least GBP £25 prior to requesting a withdrawal.
- When making the first deposit, players cash balance will be reset to £25 (Ex: If a player has £50 in cash, it will be reduced to £25 prior to deposit)
- Any winnings derived from the Free money, promotional Bonus Bucks are not eligible for withdrawal.
- Bonus Deal : Deposit plus bonus awarded must be wagered two (2) times on bingo games or six (6) times on casino games prior to requesting a withdrawal.
- Cash Deal : Deposit plus bonus awarded must be wagered three (3) times on bingo games or eight (8) times on casino games prior to requesting a withdrawal.
ONLY CASH play is considered for play-through requirement.
- Maximum weekly withdrawal limit is GB Pounds Sterling (GBP-£)150. Maximum monthly limit for bingo is GB Pounds Sterling (GBP £)2000 and for casino games GB Pounds Sterling (GBP-£)1250 per Month.
- All bonus amounts are for wagering purposes only.
- Redemption flow backs are not considered as new deposits and will not be eligible for bonus.
- Once a payout is requested, Player will forfeit all BBs left in their account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. Example: Player Nancy has £500 cash in account and £250 in BBs. Nancy withdraws £400 cash leaving £100 cash in account. Nancy's BBs will be reduced to 100.
- Deposit bonuses cannot be claimed If you have a pending withdrawal request.
- All unclaimed deposit bonus expire upon your successfully withdrawal.
- Management reserves the right to request for identification documents in order to ensure that withdrawal amount reaches the right person, Identification proof such as proof of ID (Passport or Driving Licence) and proof of residential address (phone bill or similar). These details MUST match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Use of invalid contact details may result in closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited. The documents can be sent by email to accounts@superbingonetwork.co.uk
- Withdrawal of deposited funds will be reimbursed to the appropriate account from which they came from with in 3 business days of approval. In the case where deposited funds came from Ukash, or Moneybookers a cheque will be sent directly to the player by first class mail. The charge for sending out a cheque, (£5.00) will be deducted from the withdrawal. The cheques will only be sent out every other week on approved withdrawals.
- Management reserves the right to deny a withdrawal request if a player has not funded his/her account within and prior to 30 days of any win (this includes any winnings derived from any complimentary and / or promotional bonuses, including Bonus Bucks and cash).
- As per industry standards, withdrawals of £500 or greater may be subjected to a longer processing period and paid as scheduled by management.
- Initial wagering on Bingo games will be deducted from the cash balance (Bank + Winnings). When the cash balance is insufficient, wagering is deducted from the Bonus Balance.
- We recommend that players visit the rules page on a regular basis. Management reserves the right to edit the site Rules without prior notice.
